Reporting directly to the CEO/CDRO, you will design and execute our risk management framework — including exposure management, hedging strategy, client flow analysis, and firm-wide risk controls.<br>This role is critical to protecting the firm's capital while optimizing the management of our client flow. <br><br><strong>Location: </strong>Remote<br><br><strong>What You'll Own:</strong><br><br><strong>Market Risk &amp; Exposure Management</strong><br><ul><br/><li>Design and manage the firm's exposure management framework across all instruments and asset You will own the source-to-warehouse pipelines on Microsoft Fabric, harden the data-quality layer, and partner closely with the Analytics &amp; Reporting team so that every Group KPI is computed once, correctly, and from a single semantic source. This is a senior individual-contributor role: you will set patterns, mentor mid-level Data Engineers in the team, and have direct influence on the data architecture across all reporting data flows.</span><br><span><br><strong>Location:</strong> Bucharest (hybrid).</span><br><br><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span><br><span><ul><br/><li>Design, build, and operate ingestion pipelines from our source systems (ERP, CRM, MT5, PSPs and banks, Everflow, BigQuery and multiple other sources) into Microsoft Fabric.</li><br/><li>Own the medallion architecture (bronze → silver → gold) pipeline transformations, including SCD Type 2 dimensional modelling for customer, broker server, product, and partner dimensions.</li><br/><li>Maintain the dbt-style semantic layer that feeds Power BI and Reporting in general so KPI definitions stay aligned across consumption layers.</li><br/><li>Set and meet pipeline SLAs — NRT, T+1 for the CEO daily pack at 09:00 CET, near-real-time freshness — and publish the Known Issues register when anything misses SLA.</li><br/><li>Optimise Fabric compute and storage cost, monitor capacity headroom, and recommend right-sizing.</li><br/><li>Maintain the data dictionary across bronze  / silver  / gold  / NRT layers, and contribute to the KPI Dictionary as the single source of truth.</li><br/><li>Mentor the team on Fabric patterns, reconciliation discipline, and review craft. You will be the second person on the reporting bench alongside our Power BI Developers, with day-one ownership of the daily and weekly executive cadence: the CEO daily KPI pack published at 09:00 CET, the C-Suite weekly scorecard, partner-facing reports and selected departmental dashboards. You will work closely with the Data Platform &amp; Engineering team to make sure every KPI you publish is computed from the governed Microsoft Fabric semantic layer — never a parallel source. You will be the go to person for the CEO for reporting templates and analytics.</span><br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Bucharest, Romania.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><span><ul><br/><li>Own production of the CEO daily KPI pack published from the Executive Power BI workspace before 09:00 CET (T+1).</li><br/><li>Build and maintain the C-Suite weekly scorecard, coordinating commentary sign-off from departmental heads in Trading, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, CSR and Ops/CS.</li><br/><li>Build and maintain departmental dashboards across Marketing, Finance, Trading, CSR and Compliance — top-three KPIs plus drill-down per department.</li><br/><li>Author and maintain Power BI semantic models on the Microsoft Fabric Gold warehouse, with DAX measures aligned to the canonical KPI Dictionary.</li><br/><li>Configure and audit RLS on every dataset containing client-identifiable data; partner with IT on Microsoft Entra group mappings, including the Finance group, departmental groups, and per-partner external groups.</li><br/><li>Translate business requirements into clear technical specs and push back constructively on requests that bypass the KPI Dictionary or the governed semantic layer.</li><br/></ul></span><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><span><ul><br/><li>3+ years building production Power BI reports — semantic models, DAX measures, RLS, performance optimisation, and deployment pipelines.</li><br/><li>Strong SQL for ad-hoc analysis and for authoring the semantic layer underneath your reports.</li><br/><li>Demonstrable experience publishing a recurring executive pack (daily, weekly, or monthly) under a published SLA — i.e. you have lived through what happens when the 09:00 publish slips.</li><br/><li>Comfort owning a KPI end-to-end: from business definition, through DAX implementation, to executive consumption and questioning.</li><br/><li>Strong stakeholder management — you can sit with a Head of Department, scope requirements, push back when appropriate, and deliver something they actually use.</li><br/><li>Professional English, written and spoken.</li><br/></ul></span><span><strong>Nice to have</strong><br> <br><ul><br/><li>Experience in a regulated industry — CFD / FX brokerage, banking, asset management, insurance.
