Join NAGA!</strong><br><br>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior UX / Product Designer</strong> to join the product team at NAGA and help shape the future of our trading platform.<br>You’ll be deeply involved from the start, working closely with product, engineering and leadership to solve real product problems and build experiences used by traders around the world.<br>Our platform spans mobile and web, across multiple asset classes including stocks, CFDs and crypto. The problems are complex and the opportunity to improve the experience is enormous.<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Romania / Cyprus – hybrid - either employee or contractor.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>Designing features that make complex financial products simple and intuitive to use. Trading platforms are naturally dense with information, so good UX matters more than visual flourish.<br>You’ll work directly with product leadership to shape solutions before they reach development. That means challenging ideas, simplifying flows, and helping us find the most elegant way to deliver value to the user.<br>Typical work includes:<ul><br/><li>Designing end-to-end user flows across mobile and web.</li><br/><li>Creating wireframes, prototypes and production-ready designs.</li><br/><li>Simplifying complex trading interactions and workflows.</li><br/><li>Working closely with product managers and engineers to refine solutions.</li><br/><li>Improving existing product areas where friction or confusion exists.</li><br/><li>Contributing to the evolution of our design system and interaction patterns.</li><br/></ul><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>Strong UX fundamentals matter far more to us than visual trend chasing. Our product deals with real money, so clarity, hierarchy and usability come first.<br>We’re looking for someone who:<ul><br/><li>Has strong UX thinking and understands how to reduce complexity.</li><br/><li>Can design clear, information-dense interfaces without overwhelming users.</li><br/><li>Is comfortable working across both mobile and web products.</li><br/><li>Thinks in systems, not just individual screens.</li><br/><li>Is comfortable collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.</li><br/><li>Can explain and defend design decisions logically.</li><br/><li>Has experience with financial products, trading platforms, fintech or complex data-driven interfaces is a big advantage, but not essential. We can teach the markets. What we need is someone who already understands how to build good product experiences.</li><br/></ul><strong>AI-assisted design:</strong><ul><br/><li>We strongly believe that modern designers should be using AI as part of their workflow.</li><br/><li>The ideal candidate actively uses AI tools to accelerate their work, explore design directions faster, generate ideas, test variations, and remove repetitive tasks. The goal is not replacing design thinking, but amplifying it.</li><br/><li>We’re looking for someone who is curious about how AI can improve the design process and who is comfortable integrating these tools into their day-to-day work to become significantly more productive.</li><br/></ul><strong>Tools:</strong><ul><br/><li>You must be highly proficient in <strong>Figma</strong> and comfortable designing production-ready work within a structured design system.</li><br/><li>You should also be comfortable working with interactive prototypes, collaborating with engineers, and iterating quickly as product ideas evolve.</li><br/></ul><br><strong>Why this role is interesting:</strong><br>Trading platforms are one of the most challenging UX environments that exist. This is a senior leadership role that combines operational excellence with strategic ownership of the company's payment infrastructure and back office governance. Join NAGA!</strong><br><br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>•Responsible for the controlling and monthly closing of entities assigned to you.<br>•Handling external audits for entities assigned to you.<br>•Work together with responsible  accountants and review their deliverables for the companies under responsibility, to ensure proper and timely month end closing ,<br>•Proposes solutions and automations so as to increase efficiency of finance operations and of the ERP<br>•Liaise with Operations to assist in financial reporting and controlling, as well as to develop tailored reports for their needs.<br>•Support the implementation and periodic update of the Finance procedures.<br>•Support in implementing Finance projects.<br>•Preparation of various analytics and ad hoc reporting.<br><br><strong>Location: </strong>Bucharest/Cyprus (hybrid).<br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><ul><br/><li>Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a financial role (financial controlling, financial reporting);</li><br/><li>English proficiency (written and oral);</li><br/><li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel;</li><br/><li>ERP experience is a plus;</li><br/><li>IFRS and financial reporting knowledge would be a plus;</li><br/><li>The ability to work under pressure to maintain the quality of the reports and insights;</li><br/><li>Multitasking and analytical, with great attention to details;</li><br/><li>Flexible, disciplined, and organized;</li><br/><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you will work with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the Group;</li><br/><li>Proactive and curious;</li><br/><li>Ambition to learn and develop;</li><br/><li>Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven;</li><br/><li>Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.</li><br/><li><br></li><br/></ul><strong>Benefits:</strong> <br>• <strong>Global Career Evolution: </strong>Ready to grow fast and achieve your dreams?
